By simply scanning the integrated QR code or tapping the RFID tag applied to your machinery or equipment, you gain instant access to a comprehensive digital label. This central hub allows you to seamlessly share all essential documentation—including conformity certificates, recent inspection reports, and up-to-date user manuals—directly to any mobile device.

Insert the inspection certificate and Declaration of Conformity (if applicable)

OBTAIN
A SHAREABLE LINK
On page safe you will be able to download the QR code by clicking the image and also obtain the link for RFID writing.

VIEW
THE PAGE
Scan the QR code, tap the RFID label or click the public link to open the public page for the equipment containing all the information uploaded by you, plus the model information uploaded by us.

The entire content documentation is configurable from your application, giving you full control over the shared information in the public page.

Getting Started

Shareable link

To begin using the Digital Label, you will need to have access to EDB Module in StageDB. Just scroll to the bottom of the Equipment page and you’ll find the downloadable QR code image and the shareable link for an RFID tag.

Security

Each link is unique for each machine and equipment and cannot be guessed. Only if you decide to share your documentation it will be made public when scanning or opening the link

Pricing

The new Digital Label is included in our EDB subscription. You can print your own labels and create your own RFID tags or you can contact us below if you would like a quote on the RFID StageDB stickers for your products.
