WHAT CAN EDB DO FOR YOU?

Easily Track
Your Equipment

EDB traces your equipment by its serial number, monitors the last and next examination dates and recalls the inspection certificates or maintenance reports for you. For equipment that requires periodic inspections, EDB can notify you by email when an inspection is due. The notifications can be set to remind you periodically or can be set as instant notifications.

Send Equipment
Notifications

EDB can notify you by email when an inspection date for your equipment will expire and all you have to do is set the notification frequency in your StageDB profile. You can also choose not to receive equipment notifications.

Monitor Equipment
Status

EDB will monitor your equipment’s status via the expiration date of your equipment’s inspection and will not allow for your equipment to be allocated to a project if the inspection date has expired. The database will show your equipment’s availability and which projects are currently using the equipment.

Saves Your Equipment
Searches

You can search for equipment in the database or in your custom inventory by using EDB’s advanced search features, which uses tags, groups, filters, etc. If you choose, EDB will then save your searches for future use.

Note that equipment user manuals will be automatically assigned when the equipment’s model ID is chosen.
